ROCK PORT BAPTIST CHURCH

I am currently working as the church's secretary on a part-time/as needed basis. I am usually in the office on Friday afternoons from 2-4 working with Pastor Richard to get things ready for service on Sunday! Besides helping out the Baptist Church, I am also the secretary for the Rock Port United Methodist Church as well as the Rock Port Ministerial Alliance. And if the churches don't keep me busy enough I am a wife and mother!

I was born and raised in Auburn, so not too far-just right across the river! I originally set out to be a music teacher, you may even recognize me from when I student taught here in town. I attended Peru State College and graduated with my degree in 2017. Adam and I got married in the summer of 2018 and since this is the town where Adam grew up we decided to make Rock Port our home. We welcomed our son, Bentley in 2020 which is what threw my plan for becoming a teacher up in the air. While I am thankful to have the degree, I am very happy with taking on the role of church secretary!
